We provide three ways to access i8 live on mobile: Android APK download, iOS web app, and responsive web browser. Each path has different setup steps and device requirements.
Installation Steps
- Download the i8 live APK file (Android) or visit our web app link (iOS / web browser).
- Install the app on your device and grant the required permissions (camera for KYC photo, contacts for account recovery).
- Open the app, create your account with email, username, password, and mobile number, then verify your email address.
- Complete KYC verification by uploading your government ID and proof of address, then deposit via your chosen payment method to start.
App vs. Browser: Trade-offs
The i8 live app offers offline caching, push notifications for withdrawals and account alerts, and faster load times for repeated sessions. The app also stores your login session, so you do not need to re-enter your password every time. However, the app requires storage space on your device and periodic updates. The web browser requires no installation and works on any device with internet access, but it does not cache data offline and may be slower on older phones. Choose the app if you use i8 live daily; choose the browser if you prefer minimal setup or use multiple devices.

Device Compatibility
Our i8 live app runs on Android 7.0 and later. For iOS, we recommend iOS 12 or later for the web app. Both paths require at least 100 MB of free storage (app) or a stable internet connection (browser). Older devices may experience slower performance, but the app will still function. If you encounter compatibility issues, contact our support team in English for assistance.
Common Installation Issues
If your Android device blocks the APK installation, enable "Unknown Sources" in your security settings. This allows installation from sources outside the Google Play Store. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for APK files distributed outside app stores; the certificate is valid and secure. If the app crashes on startup, clear your app cache or reinstall. If you cannot download the APK, check your internet connection and ensure your device has enough storage. For persistent issues, contact our support team.
Enable Unknown Sources safely
To install the i8 live APK on Android, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. This setting allows installation from sources outside the Play Store. We recommend disabling it after installation for security.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The i8 live app requests camera permission for KYC photo verification and contacts permission for account recovery. We do not share these permissions with third parties. Your personal data, payment details, and account balance are encrypted in transit and at rest. We apply the same two-factor authentication, password-reset, and withdrawal-review procedures on the app as on the web platform. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security.
